Subscription Terms & Billing

At The Projekt Co, we provide high-quality, subscription-based design services tailored to each client’s needs. Due to the nature of our work, we maintain a strict no-refunds policy on all subscriptions and services.

1. Subscription Cancellations

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time, but the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds, partial or full, will be issued for unused time or design requests within the billing period. Cancellations must be submitted through the designated account portal or via written request to support@theprojektco.com.

2. No Refunds Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable once a billing cycle begins. We do not offer refunds for unused design requests, dissatisfaction with services, or failure to submit project requests during the subscription period. In the event of a billing error, please contact us immediately for resolution.

3. Termination by The Projekt Co.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates our Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses our services. If your account is terminated due to a policy violation, you will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Modifications to this Policy
